Poor Posture and Headaches

Poor Posture and Headaches

Long term overload of the balancing muscles of the neck and back causes chronic tight muscles, as well as pulling against vertebra of the neck causing headaches, nerve irritation, and other painful stress related symptoms.

Manipulative therapy along with massage can increase range of motion by unlocking joints to help reduce and relieve stress caused by poor posture, continuous standing or sitting, or muscle tension from mental exertion.

Beginning StrongPosture exercise will further help to train better habits, and keep muscles flexible and strong to support good posture, and help prevent headaches.
