Pilates Exercise Short Spine is performed on the Pilates Reformer.

Short Spine is about peeling up from your tailbone while maintaining balanced and maintaining proper spine alignment throughout the movement. As you bring your legs down your will bend them into a frog position, keeping the knees bent as you roll your spine back down to a neutral position and then finally releasing the legs slowly.

Pilates Exercise Short Spine feels wonderful on your back!

Be sure to peel up slowly and with core control.
