It found those who wanted to quit smoking were almost 60 percent more likely to succeed if they used a cigarette replacement compared to quitters who tried an anti-smoking nicotine patch, gum or straight will-power.

A device that replaces the harmful effects of tobacco with the soothing effects of aromatherapy might be a good option to curb cravings and change habits while you quit smoking.

  • Within 24 hours : Chance of heart attack decreases.

  • Within 2 weeks to 3 months : Circulation improves. Walking becomes easier. Lung function increases up to 30%.
