AARP PrimeTime Radio

For any improvement you want in life, you have to work diligently and not rush through.  Dr. Steven Weiniger, an expert on health, aging, and posture, discusses with AARP why improving your posture takes time – and that’s okay!

Dr. Weiniger tells AARP that following a safe, systematized posture exercise plan is the best way to make changes to posture.  He recommends finding a Posture Specialist to guide you through these exercises to help you find your personal weaknesses and suggest ways to improve.  If you prefer to try on your own, Dr. Weiniger stresses that you be aware of your ability and to not rush through the process.
