Roll Back is performed on the Pilates Cadillac.


Pilates instructor, Alyce Bouchette (left), is instructing fellow Pilates instructor, Chris Klein, on the Cadillac.  Chris is doing Roll Back.  Roll Back utilizes spinal articulation, which is an integral part of Pilates.  Roll Back opens up the spine.
