Hundred is performed on the Pilates Reformer.


Hundred can be performed on the mat, but here it is performed on the Pilates Reformer adding resistance to the exercise. The goal of the Hundred is increased lung capacity and endurance. Hundred is an invigorating exercise that really warms up the core!
