Floor PressUps can be great for relief of postural low back pain* Lie on your stomach in a "push-up" position. Slowly, carefully and gently, with controlled motion, "press up" your body. Keep your hips and pelvis on the floor. Do not strain the low back-- STOP IF THERE IS ANY LOW BACK PAIN Only come up as high as you feel comfortable. Slowly lower back down to your stomach, and then repeat. |
