When are gift certificates appropriate? (Holidays and
occasions) BodyZone.com Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for any
occasion.
What can BodyZone.com gift certificates be used for? BodyZone.com Gift Certificates are redeemable for Massage Therapy, Yoga Classes, Pilates Sessions, Alexander Technique Instruction, and other posture exercise and fitness training classes, services and a variety of products.
Certificates
are redeemable nationwide at participating facilities, studios, offices and
spas! The gift certificate
recipient will receive a printed professional directory to locate a massage
therapist, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, Alexander Technique instructor,
fitness or exercise trainer in their area. They will also receive instructions
on how to use the online BodyZone.com “Find A Professional Directory”.
They can choose the facility or studio most convenient to their area.
Since the certificates are redeemable nationwide, they may decide to use
the certificate while traveling or on vacation!
How does the recipient choose the service and find a
facility? Each
recipient will receive a printed directory of professionals, along with
instructions for using the online Find A Professional directory. All the
recipient needs to do is decide whether they would like to be pampered with a
massage, join in a yoga or Pilates class, or enjoy one of the other classes,
services or products offered by our participating facilities.
Then they simply pick a facility convenient to their location from our
printed or online directory.
Does
the recipient need to make an appointment? Yes!
The printed and online directories include contact information for each
facility. The recipient should call
the facility to request information about the types of services offered, and to
schedule an appointment or class time.
Where can the certificate be redeemed? BodyZone.com Gift Certificates are redeemable nationwide at participating facilities, studios, offices and spas offering Massage Therapy, Yoga Classes, Pilates Sessions, Alexander Technique Instruction, and other posture exercise and fitness training classes, services and a variety of products.

What amount should I spend on the certificate? Spend what is appropriate for the occasion.
BodyZone.com Gift Certificates may be purchased in any amount (in
multiples of $25.00), with a minimum purchase of $50.00 required.
The minimum might be perfect for your friend’s graduation, but you may
want to go all out for your spouse’s birthday.
The prices of services and classes will vary depending on the level of
services received, the facility, and the state where the service is provided.
When will the certificate expire? BodyZone.com Gift Certificates expire 1 year after the
purchase date. The date of purchase
is listed on the certificate. Expired
gift certificates will not be accepted as payment by any of our participating
gift certificate redemption sites.
What if I need to return the certificate? BodyZone.com Gift Certificates may be returned within 30 days
for a refund. In order to obtain a
refund, please contact certificates@bodyzone.com.
A representative will assist you with returning the certificate to
BodyZone.com. Once we receive the
original certificate, the purchaser’s credit card will be credited with the
purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charge.
What if the certificate is lost or stolen? BodyZone.com
Gift Certificates work like cash, and are transferable to other parties.
Therefore, we do not replace certificates that are lost or stolen after receipt.
How long should I allow for shipping? You may choose from one of the several methods of shipping we
offer. US Mail (allow 5 to 14 days) $5.50 US Priority Mail (allow 3 to 5 days) $9.50 US Express Delivery Overnight (1-2 business days) $19.95
